Appraisal and Assessmet

The policy for evaluation/improvement of performance is closely tied to the salary review policy.

The structured performance evaluation system exists in all countries. This system offers support for improving performance and envisages:
  • defining objectives with one's immediate supervisor at the beginning of the year
  • objective and transparent assessment of their achievement
  • an interview for final feedback outlining the strong points and weak points of one's annual performance (MPI = Management Performance Improvement), where support activities are defined (training)
